Due to server delays or other unforeseen circumstances, some transactions may take longer than usual. If you haven't received your JomiPlay after 24 hours ,please contact the JomiPlay support team and provide the following information:

  • JomiPlay Transaction ID
  • Transaction Date/Time
  • Proof of Purchase (e.g., receipt)
  • Phone Number (if topped up via mobile)

Payment with JomiPlay

Due to server delays and some unforeseen circumstances, some transactions may take longer than usual. If after 24 hours you still have not received your purchased item, please contact the merchant (the place or company where you bought the item) and provide the following information from your transaction receipt:

  • JomiPlay transaction number
  • Reference ID (i.e., the merchant's transaction number)
  • Transaction date/time
  • Payment method (please specify "JomiPlay")
